At Nooravo, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Replacement Policy
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement in accordance with our fulfillment partner's policy.
Refund Policy
We generally do not offer refunds.
Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional circumstances. If approved, applicable fulfillment, shipping, and pickup charges may be deducted before processing the refund.
Non-Eligible Cases
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Replacement requests made after 30 days of delivery
